Camp Oversight and Safety

• Every camp employee and coach undergo background checks with both the US Department of Justice NSOPW Registry and the Indiana Sex and Violent Offender Registry
• Every camp employee and coach is required to complete online training through Purdue University which includes:  “Youth Safety at Purdue - Reporting Child Abuse or Neglect” and  “Youth Safety at Purdue – Reporting Child Abuse” 
• On average, we employ one coach for every 9 campers
• Campers move from one gym to another as a group -  always, and at all times, with adult supervision
• Holloway Gym is now air-conditioned, as well as Cardinal Court
• Several rollcalls are taken throughout each camp day to pass along info and to stay organized
